What the hell happened to the Republican Party
Here’s the thing, someone once said to me, “you can say what ever you to about the Pubs they stick together”. True! No matter how crazy, how insane, how disconnected from reality, how poo flinging nuts it sounded they stick together. It’s what gave the birther movement legs, Death panels some sticktoitiveness and so on. But at the end of the day how does it serve the country? Or does it just serve their party… Why does the right hate America?
Seriously!
So when the likes of Glenn Beck call Obama a racist, all the while saying that he loves America, well it doesn’t add up. Some say he (Glenn Beck, or any right wing gas bag for that matter) is merely standing up for what they believe in, even though there’s scientific or physical proof to offset what they are saying. As for me, well I’m going to stand up for what I believe in too! I believe that I should be able to sleep with Halle Berry everyday, after I’m done playing 18 holes of golf and my wife should be accepting of this! Sound crazy? Well I believe it whole heartily, but there just happens to be one flaw in my whole plan, it’s not reality based and it’s not going to happen. Okay, okay there’s two things wrong with it, the second (okay) first thing I’m married and my wife would let that plan float like the Hindenburg. So it’s with that extreme example of idiocracy I make my point – just because people are behind the idea doesn’t make the idea acceptable, we only need look at concentration camps to see that as fact.
Obama is speaking to schools kids and the like of Rush Limbaugh are having fits because they feel that he is going to impose his will on them, indoctrinate them if you will. It’s not like Obama is the first President to talk with school children, in fact I believe the last time it happened we lost two tower in New York and part of the Pentagon was taken out. Do I think because Bush was talking with school kids Al Qaeda launched an assault on U.S. Soil – No, not even a little bit. But if I was a poo flinger than I could really work the masses up with that story don’t you think?
In the end I really don’t think that the Republican Party has this countries best interest at heart. It’s doing everything it can to wage war against the Dems so that they can win power back. How does that serve the people when the GOP (Guardians of Privilege) and the Gas bags that make all their noise for them spout misinformation? Answer – it doesn’t, but that doesn’t stop them! What the hell is up with that?
